Changes to our Freight Policy
For the past 29 years our New Zealand-based team have proudly served our customers across the country, offering high quality products at competitive prices, exceptional customer service, and along with our extraordinary courier partners, fast delivery.
We have also, over all these years, offered freight-free delivery on our ranges of ink cartridges, toners and selected tapes to our customers across the length and breadth of New Zealand.
Unfortunately, due to the rising costs of fuel, local and international freight charges, packaging materials and general operational costs, we have had to re-evaluate the soaring costs of running a business while still being able to fully subsidise freight costs.
We have considered various options, including new suppliers and courier partners, but we feel that by making compromises on these levels, our continued commitment to offering our customers quality products, competitive prices, fantastic service and speed of delivery, which have become synonymous with the ComputerFood name, would be negatively impacted.
We have therefore had to make the difficult decision to add a freight cost to all our products.

What does this mean for you, our customer?
There will be a freight charge added to each order when you order online, telephonically or via email.
This charge will vary depending on the weight, delivery zone and carrier rates but we aim for this to be as accurate and fair as possible.
We sincerely appreciate your loyalty over the years, and believe by implementing this change now, we are positioning ourselves to be around for at least the next 29 years to continue supplying you with all your ink, toner, paper and office consumable needs.
