We can accept returns of unopened products if they are in a re-saleable condition. Unopened products refer to the original packaging being untampered and not opened such as tape removed, or packaging opened, unsealed or markings on the product. Re-saleable condition refers to the product being in the original condition that it was received in.

Please Note regarding return of Original Manufacturer Products of the following;

Brother;

End user must contact the Brother Support NZ on 0800 329 111 and follow the voice prompts to the technical support team. There the customer can discuss their issue with the Technical Support Team who will attempt to resolve. If item is faulty Brother will replace directly or advise to contact us for replacement.

Fuji Xerox;

End user must contact the Fuji Xerox Customer Support Centre on 0800 449 177. If Fuji Xerox deems the customers claim to be substantiated then the customer will be directed to forward the faulty item to their nearest Fuji Xerox representative for assessment. If the item is faulty, Fuji Xerox will issue replacement stock.

OKI:

End users must contact the OKI Customer Service Satisfaction Centre on 0800 778 800 and follow the voice prompts to the Technical Support department. There the customer can discuss their issue with the Technical Support Team. If OKI deems the customers claim to be substantiated then the customer will be directed to forward the faulty item to their nearest OKI representative for assessment. If the item is faulty, OKI will issue replacement stock.
