1999 - Our Web Store Goes Live
ComputerFood launched its first website, becoming one of New Zealand's early ecommerce retailers still operating today.
2004 - Expanding to Albany & Redesign
With customers now ordering throughout New Zealand, ComputerFood established a dedicated distribution warehouse in Albany, Auckland to improve logistics and inventory management.
I need for a more capable webstore was needed with major website redesign, introducing improved navigation, and a better online shopping experience on the front end and much changes in the back end to handle the increased stock as e-commerce continued to evolve.
2013 - Designed For a New Generation
As smartphones and tablets became mainstream, ComputerFood launched a redesigned website focused on improved usability across all devices and new payment provider to process card payments.
2016 - Modern Website Experience
ComputerFood introduced another complete website redesign. Lots of backend work to make the search feature link printers and its consumables together even better than before.
2022 - New Era
Following years of planning, ComputerFood launched the largest upgrade in our company history, modernising the website platform, security and supporting systems behind the scenes. A complete overhaul of everything.
