The Epson EcoTank ET-4800 wireless all-in-one printer offers cartridge-free printing with easy-to-fill, supersized ink tanks. Each replacement ink bottle set includes enough ink to print up to 4,500 pages – equivalent to about 203 individual cartridges, that means less waste.

HIGH-VOLUME INK BOTTLES

Additional low-cost ink can be bought in convenient high-volume bottles that have a drip-free nozzle and resealable cap for easy storage and refilling. We have redesigned our ink bottles to incorporate a unique key system.

Each bottle is keyed so that it only fits into the corresponding ink tank on the printer, thus preventing mis-filling or spillage. Replacement bottles hold enough ink for a massive 4,500 pages in black / 7,500 pages in colour.

In the Stock Availability panel you can see if the goods are in stock in our Pukekohe warehouse or in stock with the Distribution Centre (Local NZ Supplier).

We know when our customers order anything, they usually need it as fast as possible. That's why we assume you want the goods quickly and will deliver the goods to you as quickly as we possibly can. Therefore, we are committed to begin processing your order within one hour of receiving it (during business hours of course). This means on most occasions you will receive the goods within 24 - 36 working hours to most parts of the country provided the order has been received prior to 2.30 p.m.

Note though in some cases an extra day is needed for delivery to the South Island / Economy service and an extra 1-2 days is needed for Rural Delivery.

We cannot ship on Public Holidays or Auckland Anniversary.

We prefer to deliver to a physical address although we can deliver small items to P.O. Boxes if required. If there are any delays, we will contact you by email.

You can order from ComputerFood Limited with complete confidence. We accept returns for the purpose of exchange, fault or change of mind as per our conditions below:

Delivery Errors or Non Delivery

The Customer will promptly check for correctness in deliveries made by ComputerFood and will advise ComputerFood of any short shipments, mispicks, damage or incorrect deliveries within 14 days of receipt of goods by the Customer. Any non delivery claims must be made within 14 days of invoice date.

Where ComputerFood is satisfied, after carrying out its own investigation, that there has been a short delivery or error in dispatch of any goods, in each case due to the fault of ComputerFood, they will at its discretion provide for such shortage or incorrect delivery either replacement goods (if it is practicable to do so) or a credit against future orders.

Product Returns

An order can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be as new, in original condition with no markings on the packaging in order to be returned.

Unopened products refer to the original packaging being untampered
and not opened such as tape removed, or packaging opened, unsealed or
markings on the product.

For any returns or credit claims after this time, please contact ComputerFood as a return authorisation is required on all items returned beyond the 14-day money back period.

Return Value

In most cases ComputerFood will provide a full refund for any product that is returned unopened and in original condition less a small restocking fee.

Any refunds will be made back to the means of purchase, for example a credit card.

Damaged, used, or opened products will not be exchanged, credited or refunded.

The sale of Open Box or Damaged Box products does not change our policy on customer opened returns. Opened items returned by customers are not eligible for credit or exchange.

Unless otherwise stated, all products have a warranty of 12 months from Purchase date.
